Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Gift cards and downloadable software are non-refundable. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be subject to a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund at our discretion.
